1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You can return any eligible item within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Any items that show signs of use (such as opened packaging, damaged seals, or wear) will not be eligible for a return.
  • Non-returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes, body sprays, or skincare products.

2. Refunds

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original method of payment.
  • Partial Refunds: If the product is not returned in its original condition or if it is returned outside the return window, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges
